We can often see Multi-motor synchronous control phenomenon in many modern industry parts. The most common is AC and DC machine synchronization and multi-AC motors synchronous controlling system. In this paper, we research the synchronous control system between the AC motors and DC motors, which is very common in our actual production process. For example, establishing the synchronous control between the fore and real transmission rollers driven by AC motor and the fixing transmission rollers driven by DC motor is a synchronous issue.Firstly, the theories and algorithm of the synchronous control system are analyzed. With the compared analysis,we finally choose the principal and subordinate synchronous controlling strategy based on the Fuzzy controller,and present the process of designing the Fuzzy controller. In this paper, We set up the experiment Platform through Network Monitoring Lab of Central South university with the PROFIBUS-DP to carry out the experiment. Then we focus on the hardware and software designing proecss for this experimental plantform, including master-slave communication, hardware connection and seting parameters. We realize the fuzzy control function by using the siemens configured software STEP7 of the S7-300 PLC, and take advantage of WINCC configuration to realize the monitoring of the system.In addition,the vector control theory of A.C. motor and related regulating speed techology of D.C. electric motor are presented.The experimental results show that the propose scheme is certainly feasible and reasonable and it gains ideal synchronous controlling effect between the AC and DC motor.
