With development of science,the control technology of asynchronous motors has made a big progress in recent years.Compared with Transvector Control.Direct self control(DSC) resolves some problems such as complex calculation and effects on capabilities coming from motor parameters.Meanwhile,due to the direct control on torque,motors have a good static and dynamic performance.on the other side,the traditional DSC has some question such as flux and torque pulsation,more current harmonics and non-constant switch frequency.A new direct torque control method based on SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)is put forward in this paper to resolve the traditional DSC control' question.The paper design a system via DSP (digital signal processor).The system use TMS320LF2407A DSP chip which is specialized in motor control system, the chip contains many special module for motor control, and decrease many peripheral instrument.The hardware of this system can be used for general asynchronous motors cintrol system.The software of system is developed through embedding assemble language in C program,such method takes the system readable and transplantable characters.The author do some experiments such as SVPWM,CAN,measuring speed and A/D,analyze the result of experiment.The paper sum up the insufficiency of whole system design and predict the direction of DSC as well.
