Asynchronous motor has simple structure, high reliability, low price and other advantages. So they are widely used in various fields. Vector control is one of the commonly used ways of motor control at present, the key to achieve its function by DSP, FPGA and other hardware. With the development of virtual instrument technology and network technology, intelligent motor control systems, networking and remote control has become a trend, distributed motor control system and integrated motor control products have broad application prospects. Based on the above analysis, we use the NI CompactRIO embedded hardware and software development platform Lab VIEW to build asynchronous motor SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) speed control system. This paper based on the principle of induction motor vector control and coordinate transformation theory, the mathematical model of the three-phase induction motor on the stationary coordinate system, two-phase stationary and rotating coordinate system are analyzed. By using the rotor field oriented technology, the stator winding current and torque component of the magnetic field component are decoupled, Which make asynchronous motors has the same excellent speed performance of DC motors. SVPWM basic principles and implementation methods are analyzed to obtain the required induction motor drive PWM modulation signal.Basis for effective vector control technology to achieve is to get accurate flux information of induction motor. For magnetic field orientation and feedback control, several vector control systems are analyzed based on field orientation, the design of the rotor flux observer and a current regulator to effectively control the flux and torque, and the MATLAB simulation of induction motor control system is proceeded to verify the feasibility of vector control system.CompactRIO and LabVIEW then are introduced. Based on the analysis of induction motor vector control system. This paper build the hardware platform which based on CompactRIO, and design the speed acquisition program, the current acquisition program, coordinate transformation program, SVPWM program, PWM signal output program, PC program, and other Lab VIEW software programs. Using Lab VIEW to redefine the FPGA on the CompactRIO, not only has the advantage of FPGA, improved real-time systems, but also to shorten the development cycle. Finally, a remote SVPWM control experiment of induction motor is executed. The motor speed can quickly achieve stability, speed effect is ideal.
