Nowadays, the economic of transmission network optional planning schemes is studied comparatively abundant. With the accident appearing constantly, the power network operates is paid attention to steadily safely, the consideration of reliability and security of planning schemes is the important subject that designers generally pay close attention to at present. Because the economic losses that the power supply reliability question causes to users will become the important factor that will be considered while making the price of electricity in the future. So the total cost of power network supply power shouldn't only include power network expand cost of investment, operating cost of construction, but also include the unserved energy cost of demand side that the electricity supplied of power network with insufficiently or stopped causes to users losses. By studying the tradition transmission network planning design method, on the basis of summarizing forefathers' research, taking the cost-benefit analysis theory in economics as a basis, analyzing the economy and reliability of the network schemes, I further investigate mathematics model of transmission network planning and asking the method of solving. In order to synthesize and coordinate the contradiction between the schemes economy and reliability at first, introducing cost-benefit analyze theory, I propose multi-object mathematics model of transmission network planning, have perfected...
