| Automatic warehouse system is an important component of both internal manufacturing logistics and circulating logistics. It behaves as complicated logistic system both in its operating process and structure. This dissertation is based on the unique property analysis of automatic warehouse system, discussing the theory and implementation of extensible VR (Virtual Reality) simulation system. VR simulation is a visualized simulation method based on virtual reality technology. By creating virtual simulation environment of real complex system, the simulating process becomes more intuitionistic and immersive. Using VR technology, the simulation research of automatic warehouse system becomes more effective, especially in system design and process analysis fields etc.Orienting Automatic warehouse system, the simulation modeling method and key technologies of VR simulation platform are listed as follow:1. The design strategy of Automatic warehouse system and its extensible control system based on Ethernet are given. Advanced logistic information identifying and locating technologies including RFID, WLAN are presented.2. Virtual environment building method based on OpenGL is developed, including modeling and interfacing strategy. Aiming at the VR simulation requirement and fast extensibility, A 3D entity modeling method by parametric character sculpting technology and OMT is established. Using UG/OPEN API, fast entity modeling based on character mode is implemented.3. A process simulation modeling method based on event driven model is given. Using object-oriented analysis principle, the equipment movement model and the dynamic process of VR simulation are built.At last, the implementation of VR logistic simulation system is introduced .After the conclusion of the research until present, the expectation of further work is addressed. |
