Every year, there are approximately more than 5,000,000 people died in traffic accidents. In china there are about 500,000 times traffic accidents each year, and 300 people died in traffic accidents ever day. In the life, the most injure is from the outside force, including sport-injure, war-injure, and so on. They are usually lead by frontispiece or lateral impact. Obviously, It's so important and significative that the study on the mechanism of impact injury. The study on the mechanism of impact injury can be used for study not only on impact of traffic accident, but also on other kinds of impacts. Through setting up impact injure modal, anatomy the mechanism of impact injury bring with outside force and researching which organize is the easiest hurt or which apparatus's function is the easiest lost. From these research, sum up the part that should be first diagnose and remedial. It is importance to study and prevention and cure for impact injure.Different from the implement theory, there are many methods of examination machine's implement. The usual methods are following three: based on the conservation; used the high-pressure gas eject theory and multi-function biology impact machine.To develop impact testing machine, firstly, we need to consider the mechanism of this impact device. Besides objects of impact, objects for impacting, the method of producing velocity is very important. Previously, there were sorts of designments for simulating injuries of battlement, traffic accident and other trauma.
