Battery is widely used in computer equipments, data communication system, medical control system, precise measurement system and traffic system as a sort of storing energy device. The operating performance of battery becomes important guarantee of working normally and enhancing operating efficiency and quality in all kinds of systems and each department. Therefore, charging technique of battery is especially important in modern society of industrial automatization, informatization and cynerize. From present development situation of domestic charging technique, the charging methods are relatively laggard ,charging time is long and efficiency is low, that reduce life-span of battery and cause great resources waste. In addition, its intelligentialize degree is low and it couldn't satisfy usage requirement of modern power supply devices.Modern computer technique, power supply technique and fuzzy control theory provide new technical method for research of intelligent charging system. This paper uses Ni-MH battery which rated voltage and rated capacity are 24V and 4Ah respectively as research object. In order to solve these defaults of large charging current during some stages that are unpredictable in present charging control process and of low intelligentialize, it adopts fuzzy control method and uses C504 single-chip computer as its control core to research and develop fuzzy control charging system. It could add used experience to make control process realize according to our requirement during using process of system.This paper uses C504 single-chip computer of Siemens as control core to design a fuzzy control intelligent charging system which is divided into two parts of hardware and software. The hardware circuit composes of single-chip control circuit and charging power supply which adopts high frequency switching power and reduces volume of charging device. Software adopts assemble language and realizes modularized design, it designs data acquisition module, data processing module, real-time control module and display module.In addition to apply theory of fuzzy control, the paper also adopts advanced techniques such as digital filtering and the sliding window algorithm during the process of output/input parameter and feedback parameter of fuzzy controller.
