Recentyears,with the rapid development of society.Agriculture also developed very rapidly.Traditional solar greenhouse,because of its long construction time,high cost,low efficiency,poor insulation effect and other reasons.The development that restricted our country establishment agriculture greatly.Professor zou zhirong and his team at northwest a&f university have developed a modular solar greenhouse,which effectively solves the above problems.Because modular greenhouse construction need to use local materials,while China's vast soil conditions is complex,there are some clods of soil can not directly suppress,need to add hardener in the soil,while soil curing agent at home and abroad have a certain amount of research,but the present market of curing agent is mainly used in road construction,etc.,for modular greenhouse soil curing agent with the back side is blank.A curing agent suitable for the back wall of modular solar greenhouse is developed,which is of great significance to the development of facility agriculture in China.The experiment is divided into three parts.The first part is to develop a soil curing agent suitable for the back wall of modular greenhouse.The second part is to determine the addition amount of soil curing agent under different sand content conditions,make different formulas,and number them,so that the soil block strength with different sand content can meet the requirements of the construction specification of solar greenhouse.Third,the formulation of curing agent for on-site construction verification.(1)by reading a lot of literature about soil curing agent,this paper developed an inorganic curing agent that has little iMPact on soil and greenhouse environment,USES local materials and has low cost according to the actual situation of solar greenhouse to cure the soil.Main masterbatch is cement,activator is gesso,white ash,sodium hydroxide,sodium silicate,FDN.The addition amount of various materials in curing agent was determined by orthogonal test.The optimum ratio of curing agent was obtained.After unconfined compressive strength test,it was found that the average strength of the test block increased by about 50% after the addition of curing agent.(2)soil curing agent was added into the soil for unconfined compressive strength test of solidified soil.The soil strength increased obviously,and with the addition of curing agent,the relationship between soil mass strength and the addition was linear.According to the results,the soil solidification effect is most remarkable when 3% and 5% curing agents are added.At the same time,in order to adapt the formulation of curing agent to the soil with different sediment contents,the formulation of curing agent was numbered,so that it could be used to cure the soil with different sediment contents.It was determined to add 2% curing agent when the sand content was 20%,3% curing agent when the sand content was 30%,4% curing agent when the sand content was 40%,and 5% curing agent when the sand content was 50%.After adding the corresponding curing agent,the wall strength meets the strength standard of the facility agricultural code.(3)construction verification of curing agent was carried out on site,and simple performance analysis of the modular solar greenhouse was carried out.At present,modular greenhouse has been built in shaanxi,Beijing,ningxia,gansu,shandong and other places.Through the analysis of the performance of greenhouse in the horticultural industrial park of lanzhou new district,it is found that coMPared with the traditional brick wall greenhouse,modular solar greenhouse has the lowest temperature at night.Daily average temperature is 5.1 ? higher than that of brick wall,were 2.6 ?,the raising temperature effect is obvious.Brick wall during the day,the highest temperature is 6.7 ? lower greenhouse.It achieves the dual effect of cooling in the daytime and heating at night,and saves a lot of cooling and heating costs.In the light energy utilization,its efficiency is 1% higher than the brick wall greenhouse.
