The present paper mainly introduces the long-distance electrical energy measurement monitor supervisory system, which realizes management function such as the multi-tables, multi-equipment long-distance checking through the combinations of special line Modem and the scene 485 main lines. It can provide a reliable communication platform for electrical energy management monitoring in mining enterprises and the production management in the industryThe paper in detail describes the long-distance electrical energy measurementmonitor supervisory system's core part------design and realization of the datacommunication process. System includes two parts: the basic component is this locality which the data acquisition and the data concentrator constitutes copies the table communication network, whose communication part uses the RS485 main line network. The other part is the data's long-distance communication and the computer checking management software, namely the long-distance communication and the data management part, which is realized by the computer checking software through special line Modem as the medium. Under the coal mine special environmental condition, needs to satisfy the explosion-proof request, but this time uses the special line number to pass on in the practical application may very easily solve this problem, has, the usability practical, therefore the paper used the special line Modem network in this part to realize this process.The paper's main content can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter carries on the brief outline to the long-distance electrical energy measurement monitor supervisory system. The second chapter elaborates design plan of the long-distance electrical energy measurement monitor supervisory system. The third chapter is the choosing design of the data-gathering module, which is based on the RS485 main line. In this part, the paper introduces the hardware design and the software realization emphatically. The fourth chapter in detail describes the design of the entire network's communication way, which mainly contains the long-distance special line Modem communication way and the short-distance RS485 communication way. The fifth chapter is the software's design and realization of the computer electrical energy measurement monitor monitoring management, which emphatically introduces the software's architecture and function, the database management and the final result the system can realize.In this paper the designed system is an open system, so long as using the unified agreement standard, the same standard equipments, and the tools produced by different factories have no problem to enter the network. The system network is nimble, separating and combining which, we can obtain different rank of applications, and many kinds of communications technology may coexist, supplement mutually in the system, which greatly enhances the realization usability of the entire long-distance electrical energy measurement monitor supervisory system.
