Can say that security and stability of electricity supply is currently running and reliable electricity service to the community the most basic requirements of business.As transmission of electricity energy power transmission line, with many points, wide, line length, exposure characteristics of the field, power lines due to external damage, natural disasters and other factors caused line fault has become a safe and stable operation of power lines the least reliable factors.From January 13th to February 5th,2008, the province and the country appeared in a wide range of low-temperature freezing rain and snow weather continued cloudy, resulting in road, railway traffic gridlock, power transmission, communications equipment badly damaged, to the people of normal production, life has brought great inconvenience. This ice also caused disaster on an unprecedented network of Quzhou damage, a large number of broken wires, towers collapse and lead to tripping, causing power outages. Among them, the Quzhou area with large networks connected to the only two 500kV lines are caused by severe ice damage to Quzhou 500kV power grid system and a large network links break up to 35 days, to Quzhou tremendous power to run the risk of security.From January 5th to 6th,2010, Because of the wide range of temperature, precipitation and other weather Snow, Zhejiang Province wide range of freezing snowy weather encountered, including North Quzhou Strong cold air by the emergence of wide range rare snow and freezing weather, It made two lines of 500kV and 8 lines of 110kV transmission lines trip because of bad weather, It was one of the worst trippings in history of Quzhou, the safe operation of power situation in the winter was very severe.This disaster for the ice caused severe damage to the power grid, analysis of the reasons, summed up the experience and lessons of anti-ice, and seek to prevent good policy to promote the improvement of network resilience.
