Braking performance is one of the main technical performances of automobile, the technique status of vehicle braking system is an fatal assurance for security of vehicle running, and the guarantee of avoidance of traffic accident. At present, it is all along an important task of vehicle design and manufacture to improve the automotive braking technical performance, but the investigation on the braking performance of vehicle which in using is lack of studying. Comprehensive research of the topics, such as the level of the technical feature of braking amounted on the vehicle which in using , what is statistics rule and digital character of statistics of braking device in use, is not carried out in domestic. This led to the making and modifying of national standards of the domain, and the making of important decisions, is short of scientific foundation. In order to obtain the technical data of security feature of braking used in vehicle, to ensure the vehicle in use is of the perfect technical status and traffic security, to reduce the traffic accident, and to protect people's life and property, it is necessary to research the topics described above.The kernel contents of this thesis are as follows: firstly, expounding the main inspection standard and merit of vehicle braking performance in our country on the basis of automotive braking processing analysis, wheel force, and automotive braking performance evaluation standard. Secondly bringing forward the statistics processing method of general sample data, especially researching the least square method evaluation & interrelation coefficient test method of parameter evaluation and supposition test, then researching sample data statistics processing on the basis of that model in this thesis.
