Automobile industry is major development of our country in future. The influence of environment from car emission is more and more emphasized with the car quantity significant increases. It is much stricter requirement for the car emission, for example that Euro 3 regulation will be carried out in 2008. Turbocharger which is used to increase power and reduce the emission is applied to many type of car. Borgwarner (Ningbo) company is wholly owned fund enterprise of famous turbocharger manufacturing company in china. As new comer in china, it faces to huge press from competitors. It must re-study the all production equipment, find out the question and seek the improvement opportunity in order to increase self-competition ability.The article adopts the method combined theory and practice. Based on Industrial Engineering theory that is method study, labor cycle time and heuristic balance and the lasted study and application in the world, we try to seek efficient and easy assemble balance method to solve the actual issue of our company In mass production system, assembly line balance impact the efficiency of the whole manufacturing system. It directly impacts work efficiency that how to improve work efficiency under current conditions and how to balance the work load of each station.
