In the our world, the fossils fuel, such as coal, petroleum, natural gas and so on , will be exhausted, which is the base of modern economical life. It is the great threaten to our environment if their large-scale exploitation. In order to change the phase, people are beginning to pay attention to the new energy and renew energy. In our country, the new energy and renew energy are biomass energy, wind energy, solar energy, small hydropower, ocean energy, geothermal energy, hydrogen energy etc. The wind energy and solar energy are the most popular. However, singly use the wind energy or solar energy has its disadvantage, there is no sunshine in the night and usually no wind at day time and the wind is random although the solar energy is steady at day time and the wind energy is cheap. Therefore we will have steady and cheaper energy if we mix the solar and wind energy. So the wind-solar hybrid generating system is the perfect form of using new energy and renew energy.The electrical energy is the most important energy today, but now there are more than 20,000,000 people in China can't use it, they distribute in the remote area, island, and so on. At there, the wind-solar hybrid generating system can supply the electrical energy for people.The inverter is the central part of the generating system, it influents the function of the system directly. In the paper, we adopt the most new DSC (Digital Signal Controller) of Microchip Technology, dsPIC30F2010, as the main controlling unit of the inverter. The inverter is modulated by the SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation), so we can get the high quality sinusoidal voltage wave, and reduce the harmonic. The inverter which developed by the task possesses these excellent sides: the steady and reliable SPWM wave, the small distortion factor, the small fluctuation ratio and high inverting efficiency.
