The Research For Management Method Of Materials Supplying In Hydraulic Project

The hydraulic project is reference to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Usually, the fund of project construction is from several million to several hundred billion, the period of construction is beyond several years and even beyond ten years in some oversize project, the projects in Huanghe and Changjiang river are more important. Selection project materials who are in good quality and reasonable price and guarantee them supplying are more important to project's construction.The article systematically recount the materials supplying management method at the present time, particularly introduce the supplying management's method and content in XLD and XXY project, summarize the experience and the defects in the materials supplying. The author analyses the defects and table the method to work out. The result of the article provides a scientific and valuable method and content in material supplying for employer and contractor in projects.
