Study On Construction Material Quality Control Of Water Conservancy Projects

Along with rapid economic development in China, especially under the background oflarge-scale infrastructure construction investment, water conservancy project constructionindustry got rapid development. In recent years, with the improvement of national attention ofwater conservancy and hydropower, water conservancy construction is bound to usher in a newclimax. The CPC Central Committee and State Council accelerating the development of waterconservancy reform decision in2011, to ensure that large-scale water conservancy constructionengineering safety, production safety, financial security and cadres’ security. The waterconservancy project construction schedule, quality and safety is a key link. Water conservancyproject is even more so, relatively than the general engineering, water conservancy project ismore strict with quality control and management and strict, because there was so much waterconservancy project involves the amount of capital, technology is more complicated, thematerial is more diversity, social economic security is also more widespread, constructionmaterial quality control effect basically determines the quality of the final effect of hydraulicprojects; Water conservancy project construction material quality management and control alsoaffect the entire project cost, progress. Under normal circumstances, the water conservancyengineering material cost accounts for about70%of the total cost of the project, the biggestimpact on the cost of the entire project. Therefore, strengthening water conservancy projectconstruction material quality control research is necessary.This paper analyzes the water conservancy project quality management research status athome and abroad, based on the research of the water conservancy project quality control theory,expounds the connotation of the quality control theory, main content, application method andconstruction material control role in the project quality management; the necessity andimportance of construction material quality control are analyzed in Water conservancy project,and the basic requirement of the construction material quality control is also studied, as well aswater conservancy project construction material quality control, specific targets, and the mainpoints of the content and method are researched. This paper takes Hezhuang ReservoirReinforcement Engineering in Donghai County, Lianyungang City as an example, based on the current research status of domestic water conservancy project quality management. Then thepaper discusses the current outstanding problems existing in the construction material qualitycontrol based on the water conservancy project quality control theory, and appropriate measuresare put forward at last for Hezhuang Reservoir Reinforcement Engineering in Donghai County,Lianyungang City, which includes putting importance on material source control, preparing theperfect material procurement plan, improving the leader’s emphasis on material andmanagement, strengthening the management and supervision of construction materials, andenhancing project management communication skills.
