In recent years, the nation makes the important decision of extending inside need and speed the infrastructure construction in order to promote national economy development. The nation enlarges the investment to highway construction,so the highway mileage increse rapidly. Although the highway construction scale is large, a large number of regional roads and highway that many of them exceed their design usage have already entered the high peak of protection and enlarging one after another. With the continuously increase of the traffic volume and the vehicle lotus, the highway is placed in the super burden state,and the roads face break gradually seriously. Highway destroy was more outstanding at the region that economy was relatively behind.Currently, the highway construction is restricted more and more outstanding by market economy,so the request of investing to highway construction is more and more high. For the sake of making limited of funds to develop the biggest effect, the old asphalt pavement recycling technique is applied continually and accepted.The cold in-place recycling technique in asphalt pavement is to make use of the material after milling old asphalt pavement ( include the asphalt face material and part of layer material),and then adequate new aggregate and water are added to according to the characteristic of the recycling structure layer, ( such as cement, lime, fly ash, the foam asphalt or the emulsified asphalt),at last, the structural layer is formed after milling,adding,mixing,spreading and compacting.
