| At present, asphalt pavement cold in-place recycling technique, recycle of materials for used asphalt pavement can not be 100% reuse, so we advance a additive of energy-saving environment-friendly water-borne to improve the strength of asphalt pavement. After analyzing the additives commonly used in recycled technologies, based on the choice of AC-13 and AC-20 grading, through the laboratory test method, we research on the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete , we focus on test the Marshall stability, the flow value, tensile, compressive and shear strength.To compare different experimental conditions in the regeneration of asphalt concrete pavement performance, selected AC-13 gradation of the specific density, were carried out at Ambient Temperature, soaking (60℃,2.5min) and soaking (60℃,48min) Comparison of mechanical properties.The results show that: (1) No change in density, the Marshall stability, tensile, compressive and shear strength are increased with the concentration of additives to enhance, the regeneration of the anti-deformation ability of asphalt concrete increases .(2) In the standard test conditions, measured by AC-13 and AC-20 Marshall stability have reached more than 20kN , higher than the regulatory requirements of 8kN , flow values are lower than the specification requirements of 4.5mm , tensile strength in addition to individual points, are close to or higher than 0.3 MPa , the compressive strength reached more than 1.61 MPa , higher than the additive to cement for the regeneration of cold asphalt concrete strength.(3) When the additive concentration adjusted to 1.5% and 3% in the three different experimental conditions, the stability of the smallest 7, flow value of less than 4.2, reaching a minimum tensile strength of 0.233 MPa , the compressive strength reached more than 1.52 MPa ; in when the concentration of 4.5% for, soaking (60℃,48h) to achieve stability 13.4kN , higher than soaking (60℃,30min)measured 10.9kN , fully reflects the heat of the advantages of solid-type additives. (4) The trial found that recycle sources of asphalt concrete has more excellent high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance, anti-water performance and durability damage.Research on the further development of a design method for additive and optimal technology, a additive of energy-saving environment-friendly water-borne has the potential to become a wide range of technical applications. |
