Road damaged more prominent and economically relatively backward regions.Currently, the highway construction is restricted more and more outstanding by market economy, so the request of investing to highway construction is more and more high. For the sake of making limited of funds to develop the biggest effect, the old asphalt pavement recycling technique is applied continually and accepted.Cold in-place Recycling uses asphalt pavement of technology is makes milling cut old asphalt pavement (including asphalt surface material and layer material of part) Hou, using the material of enough of new of aggregate and water, then is added to of characteristics according to recovery structure layer,(as cement, lime, fly ash, bubble asphalt or emulsion asphalt), last, in structure layer Shang formed grinding Hou, added, mixed, dispersed, and dense. This technique not only waste material, material was saved, but also addressing space consumption and pollution of the environment. At the same time, in the cold recycling technology can save investment, access to indirect economic benefits, at the same time, eco-environment is guaranteed. The methods are invoked in the environment of new technologies.Cement stabilized cold recycling technology is typically used in Europe and America, Japan technologies are already very mature, it is broad. These countries have made a TEST of milling machine. They have cold under local recycling of bituminous materials. Compared with developed countries, Cold recycling technology of asphalt recycling model not only of material performance, but also from the perspective of practical construction technique of placing at an early stage. Integrated design method, construction technology and control quanlities standards, still not formed, needs a lot of topics.The paper mainly includes the research on the cement stabilized old in-place recycling technique. And combined the Tieling G102line (Ridge Strand, section) transformation and Shenyang North tricyclic the (Santaizi above) transformation of the two projects, both analysis and practical application to proceed.Concrete contents are as follows:(1) The analysis of the old asphalt pavement material performance. (2) The research on action mechanism and microcosmic structure of the cement stabilized cold in-place recycling.(3) Threedesign methods of the cold in-place recycling on asphalt pavement are included. And then compared three design methods.(4) The research on the cold in-place recycling on asphalt pavement craft.(5) Take Cement as the additive, the paper carries on the research on the cold in-place recycling of some asphalt pavement base course.(6) In addition, the paper also carries out the analysis on the economic and social benefit on the cement stabilized cold in-place recycling technique.
