In 1886, the automobile was invented for the need of people's life and production. In last 100 years, people's culture has got great development with the help of automotive industry. The automotive industry greatly promotes the growth of the world's economy, but at the same time it makes the energy sources and the environment were worse and worse.The deficiencies of petroleum resource and environmental pollution have been the two serious problems against the sustainable development of the automotive industry. Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) has been accepted world-widely as one of the most promising strategy to solve the two serious problems.HEV's control strategy is the key technology of HEV exploitation. Because the control strategy is directly affect energies'flow inner the vehicle and the whole vehicle's capability. When researching HEV, the investigation of control strategy is the most important, and also is the key technology of HEV exploitation and design. The most familiar control strategy in parallel HEV is the logistic threshold value. This control strategy is concise and has high code conversion. This control strategy can get better control effect under the condition that engine's and motor's characteristic and the drive cycle are defined. But this control strategy's adaptive ability is bad because the thresholds have already been set and they are fixed values. And this control strategy can only make engine works at better region but most optimal region. For these reasons, the logistic threshold value has been got some limits at the HEV's automobile fuel economy.
