With the vigorous development of new energy,the market of Electric Vehicle(EV)is gradually expanding,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the distribution network.The emergence of the concept of Electric Vehicle Aggregator(EVA)provides a new way to effectively manage EV and enhance the reliability of distribution network.The maturity of V2G(Vehicle to Grid)technology also provides the possibility for EV to participate in DR(Demand Response).EVA can effectively make up for the short board that single EV is unable to participate in more market services due to battery capacity limitation.It can control EV to participate in DR purposefully and in a planned way,and obtain the maximum benefits while taking into account multiple interests.Reasonable and effective EVA operation strategy will bring many benefits to EV market and distribution network.Therefore,this paper studies the optimized operation strategy of EVA as follows:1.Based on the relationship among EV users,EVA and "benefits" of distribution network,the three parties’ benefits are modeled respectively.The evaluation model of distribution network to EVA,EV users’ benefit model considering battery loss,comprehensive satisfaction model and EVA benefit model considering investment economic feasibility are put forward.2.A new scheduling model of EV charging and discharging is proposed,which reflects the mutual benefit of three parties,and is solved by integer programming.The relationship between DR and benefits of two EVAs caused by EV users’ driving habits and charging and discharging behaviors in distribution network is simulated,and the influence of V2 V and EVA facilities level on users’ satisfaction,EVA benefit and distribution network is analyzed.Discuss the operation mode of EVA group.3.A V2G bidding model of EVA based on Stackelberg game is proposed.And the cost of travel inconvenience is considered in the benefit model of EV users participating in V2G service.This paper studies the V2G quotation under the competition of multiple EVA in the same region,and analyzes the influence of the quotation strategy and the number of EV in the region on the average users’ satisfaction,EVA benefit and distribution network.The results of model and simulation show that the model and strategy proposed in this paper are applicable and can provide auxiliary reference for EVA optimization.The model and research in this paper will be beneficial to mobilize many factors to improve the benefit of EV and EVA,and to the development of EV market.
