Using new materials and new technologies to lengthen parts lives and the car's performance are more effective and feasibility measures. Along with the air becoming worse, the parts of the car need more endurance in bad condition, which need advance design measures ,new technologies and methods to stamping parts with high performance in order to meet new requirements. At the same time, in order to economize materials and energies in running, lighten structural parts'weight is one of the contemporary automobile advanced manu -facture technology development tendencies. For the good performance of endure heat, bed weather and good reflection, Alugal become the substitute for Zinc-plating sheet, not only for its great improvement on antiseptic ability but also for heatproof ability and good orna -mental performance, which can be compared with AISI409# stainless steel if adding some elements, but the cost is only third of stainless steel, so it is one of substitutes for cut cost. Car-muffler heat insulation-cover is one of the most important accessories, which act as an important function in reducing noises in the car and isolating heat exchange to the cab, so it is an indispensable part of the car.Accordingly, the heat insulation-cover must have sufficient stiff -ness, strength and other capabilities such as good heat reflection and endurance.
