With the rapid development of the hydraulic vibration technology, hydraulic vibrationsystem will be used widely in engineering projects. On the one hand, hydraulic vibration canaccuracily control the system easily;on the other hand, hydraulic vibration has higher theutility ratio of the system capacity than mechanical vibration.Vibration hydraulic valve that is the core control components of the hydraulic vibrationsystem, plays an important role. Many researchers had studied conversion of the mechanicalvibration to hydraulic vibration in traditional mechanical vibration, such as various types ofoscillating screen, block molding machine, and some parts of results for the research had beensuccessfully applied in actual industrial production. This article based on numerous reference materials for the hydraulic valve design andmechanical vibration, designed overall structure of the new high-frequency vibration valve andchecked strength on key components of the valve, such as the dangerous section of the spooland the thickness of the valve seat.Simplified the new valve’s excitation system model reasonably, and set up the fluid andstructural model for the system in the ADINA software. The SST turbulence model wasapplied to the fluid model, valve excitation system was carried on numerical simulationanalysis for fluid-structure interaction via exerting appropriate boundary and load conditionsand network division.Three different state of vibration frequency were simulated for valveexcitation system in this article, the simulation’s data were visually displayed in graphicalform, and made a comparative analysis of three frequency simulation results.Combing theory and practice to study the new valve excitation system in theexperiment, parameters of the valve excitation system on different frequency were tested andsome data were collected though utilizing high-performance data acquisition unit, somerelevant experimental data were visually displayed in graphical form, and made a comparative analysis of the simulation data and the experimental data, then the performance of the valveexcitation system was assessed according to the result of the comparative analysis..
