The locomotive developed independence by China always has relatively low lateral dynamic performance when it's circulate speed advances to 200km/h. Practically indicated by other country, it can meets the dynamics demands of the 200km/h speed-grade locomotive by adopted the flexibility suspension driving equipment。 And by this research, it has more important theoretical and realistic meanings to the manufacture design and theory analysis.The dynamic models of flexible suspension driving motor, rigid suspension driving motor and also the middle fastness motor are established by the SIMPACK software. And also set up the dynamic whole-vehicle models of the driving motor axis suspension, semi-body suspension and body suspension.It is indicated that the stability of crawl vibration has remarkably enhanced by the driving equipment flexible suspension compare to the rigid ones, and also has enhanced to the lateral and yaw motion of the bodywork, bogie frame, drive equipment and the wheel-set. At the same time, this two suspension mode also has different applicability to line excitation and different sensitivity to the suspension parameter. This paper generally discuss the dynamic characters of the flexibility suspension locomotive by comparatively analyzing the influence of the stability, placidity, curve passing capability and also the adaptability of the line excitation and the parameter of suspension to the locomotive by different suspension mode.Because the intermediate wheel-set has biggish freedom lateral displacement and the driving equipment flexibility suspension mode need enough space for the driving equipment freedom horizon move, the intermediate axis space can't satisfy it. And the method of end axis driving equipment rigid suspension and intermediate axis driving equipment rigid suspension can restrict the lateral shift of the intermediate axis driving equipment effectively and depress the design and fabricate difficulty. And this method will not affect the vehicle dynamic performance because the mass center of the intermediate axis driving equipment to the suspension point is nearer of the end axis driving equipment mode and this can reduce the yaw vibration amplitude and made this mode has inferior seismic absorption.
