High-rtse structure with transfer story is developed rapidly in recent years, because it can meet the need of variety function and diverse plane position between high and low floor of high-rise building. This paper discusses the mechanic behavior of high-rise structure with transfer story, which has attracted the attention of researchers.In this paper, the development and structure form of high-rise building is mentioned; the development and present research situation of shear wall structure with supporting frame is reviewed. The methods of finite element of static and seismic analysis are discussed. A concrete structure is computed to make some conclusions for reference.The analysis of a reality shear wall structure with transfer beam indicates that shear wall structure with supporting frame is a disadvantageous structure sysrem to seismic action.But if the amount of the shear wall is under reasonable choice and the up and down stiffness of the transfer story is under well control,it can show good dynamic characteristics. The analyis of seismic action shows that the action of the structure with transfer story will vary under different earthquske wave. It is a key factor to choice a suitable earthquake wave to design the structure with transfer story under seismic action;it also states that the change of transfer story position will influence the dynmic characteristics of the structure,the self-action period of the structure will be long and the vertex displacement of the structure will be large along with the ascending of the transfer story position.The results of the analysis of finite element method indicate that the supporting Column and shear wall nearby transfer story is an unsubstantial position to seismic design because of its serious concentrations of deformation and major principle stress. The transfer story andnearby area should be strengthened in design. According to the computing results of finite element method,the transter beam and the shear wall on the beam can work together. If the full span wall is on the transfer beam,they could work together;else the load-bearing state is very complicated andthey could part work together;if there are only several short shear walls on the...
