Study On Historic City Protection Method Based On Information Transmission

The protection to the historic cities had a history of 24 years, since the first list of historic cities was published in china. However we still failed to find an effective way to protect the historic regime in well-developed cities. The essay will present a new perceptible view of the protection to the historic cities worldwide to the readers, to reconsider the weakness and issues consisted in the protection, to point out the key element of protection lie in the transmission of the real historic information. From this, the paper use the basic conception of information study and draw lessons from certain theories of urban planning to elaborate the process,substance and character of the historic information transmission and the enlightenment to the city protection which is the protection method. Based on the collection and reorganization of information , though the analysis from time,spatial and logical three directions, this method established the historic information structure analysis mentality and establish the historic information system and point out the main character of transmission in the macroscopic plan, the course from the urban plan to the architecture design , the course from the design to the spatial matter stratification as well as the information feedback. Thus, the paper find out a way by the character of the historic information gaining, the structurize analysis, the intensity plan, the spatial materialize process and public participant as six stage. Finally, combined with the overall analysis of Hangzhou and the real diagnosis research of Hangzhou's design guidance, this paper set forth the concrete method and the corresponding measure of the design guidance which based on the historic information transmission, and discussed the significance of the practice utilization.
