This thesis originates from the subprogram of the 973 high-tech project"live coordination and control theory in the reconfiguration process of the production and manufacturing system".This paper realizes the emulational model of the logic controller of Petri net and actualizes the function to edit and emulate the Petri net logic controller. Furthermore, the mapping can be established between the changes of the Petri net base on address and the executor, which makes the emulation more vivid. As the traditional analytical arithmetic of the Petri net model can not meet the demand of our project, a new analytical calculation based on NRT is proposed in this paper and it is successfully applied to determine the three indexes of Petri net, namely, boundary/irreversibility/vividness. This paper realizes the fast reconfiguration of the logic controller of Petri net. As the reconfiguration calculation is based on the improved theory of the rewritten net system, , it not only can realize the fast reconfiguration but also retains the boundary,irreversibility and vividness of Petri net after the reconfiguration and avoids the complicated arithmetic problem as well.A small database is added to the developing platform to make convenient the management of the Petri net models. It is used to store the reconfiguration segments in the process.
