In recent years,the power electronic technology develops very fast and the power electronic devices and equipments application is more and more widespread.The commissioning of a great deal of nonlinear or impact loads bring mass of harmonic disturbing,voltage turbulence and flick on the public electric network.The power quality are worsening. At the same time, along with so many power quality sensitive control devices and automation equipments are widely used in the industry and agriculture production and the people daily life,much higher request are set to the power quality.At the same time,this change also has put recent meaning onto power quality.Under the current situation,the power quality are worsing daily and the requirements of the consumers are much higher at the same time. It is of great importance for the monitoring and analyzing the public electric network power quality to design a high precision power quality analyzer.This thesis is concerned about the development and research of the on-line power quality analyzer which is based on TMS320C6713 DSPs.The work include designing and manufacturing of the hardware system,development and realization of the software system.The thesis deals with the actuality of power quality analyzer and its intending development.The core processor of power quality analyzers is more and more apt to make use of the high speed floating point DSPs.And the function is developing in the direction of higher precision and higher speed.The future power quality analyzers are sure to be based on Internet and their functions will be more integrate.Firstly, the designing scheme of hardware platform is proposed in the paper, which is based on the consideration of the performance ,the cost ,the development cycle and the practicability. Its outstanding technological characteristic is using the design method of modularization .The whole hardware system is designed into several pluggable parts ,the PT/CT unit ,the main control unit ,the IO unit ,the power source unit and the unit of man machine interface .This method can shorten the development cycle and save the cost . At the same time ,the floating point DSPs TMS320C6713 is used in the device as the main processor.Secondly, the hardware design and manufacture of main control unit of the system are thoroughly discussed in the paper .The design methods of low-pass filter and A/D sampling and converting parts are expatiated. Analyzed the operational mechanism of DSP core module and according which the paper explained the working method of the McBSP module,real-time clock module ,system power source module . In order to be adapt to the network-based development,the Ethernet interface is figured also.Designed the hardware interface of USB2.0. Brought forward the idea of the cooperation between USB2.0 and PC.Thirdly, discussion about the software system were made. Development methods of drivers for some key module are also introduced. For example, the self boot process of the DSPs, the way of writing the programme into the FLASH, the drivers of McBSPs, the initialization of the Ethernet and its data transmit and receive process.The paper discussed the algorithms of the five targets difined in the power quality standards.In the end, the main work of the paper is summarized, and the intending research work is also prospected.
