Wind energy, as a kind of clean renewable energy,have already been paid attention to more and more by the countries all over the world. Wind water pumping is one of the main forms of wind energy is used. The paper analyzed the structure, principle and types of the wind-water pumping system, have researched the wind-electric water pumping system. High efficiency, dependability, little maintenance and big freedom between wind turbine and water pump are system's main characteristics.Wind water pumping and its meaning are summarized in the paper and the present situations and types of wind water pumping domestic and foreign are introduced. The constitution and the allocation process of wind-electric water pumping system are studied During the process of studying calculation of the parameter matching between every part was done and drew curves of parameters. About systematic control, three kinds of methods were putted forward. For wind-electric water pumping different composition schemes are putted forward, they are suitable for different situations. Put up systematic testing shelf in the laboratory and test the function of water pumping system including operating and starting of pump.Through testing and analysis on experimental data, confirm the performance of household wind-electric water pumping system. The performance of the system with the battery and inverter is good at starting and operating, the function of the battery is satisfies the pump starting and guarantees the water the supply. The wind speed of the broader scope is utilized by the system with the voltage regulator or several pumps and the efficiency of the system is higher.
