Wind energy technology is one of the most promising new energy technologies in today’s world, and it occupies a prominent position in the renewable energy fields. Wind water-pumping technology is an important form of wind energy utilization whose researches and applications are mainly concentrated on the traditional machine-pump integrated wind water-pumping systems and machine-pump separated electric water-pumping system at home and abroad. The biggest drawback of machine-pump integrated water-pumping system is that wind turbine can not be separated from water, and there may be obstacles or poor wind energy conditions near the water source; machine-pump separated electric water-pumping system belongs to the areas of wind power, and attention should be paid to secure the safety of using the electricity in the fruit-tea gardens where human activities are relatively frequent.This paper, taking FS4.4-QZY-L Wind Water-pumping Machine as a reference, designs a Compressor-pump Separated Wind Pneumatic Water-pumping Machine which can transform wind power into mechanical energy to drive the wind compressor to produce compressed air which will be transported into the pneumatic pump by the pipeline, then pumps water to the reservoir in the hilltop. It can be combined with mountain micro-irrigation technology systems to resolve micro-sprinkler irrigation, fertilization, spraying and other issues in the fruit-tea gardens. This design uses Profili software to carry on aerodynamic analysis and improve design on the blade airfoil; devises and analyses the structure of the leaves, wind-wheels, wind-compressors and other parts by CATIA software; then uses Finite Element Module of CATIA to do static analysis and modal analysis of the blade, axle, compressor-box and other key components; last, applies electric air compressor to simulate the compressor of Wind Pneumatic Water-pumping Machine, and verifies QBY-40Pneumatic-diaphragm Pump’s pumping performance in different air pressure and flow.The results of related experiments and simulations show that:the Compressor-pump Separated Wind Pneumatic Water-pumping Machine, designed in this paper, has aerodynamic performance and reasonable structure, and meets the intensity and pumping requirements at the same time. It can provide some references for the manufacture of small and medium-size wind water-pumping machines.
