| The efficiency, the energy saving, the environmental protection and the safe operation are very important to boiler. Based on the characteristic of the environment and oiliness in Daqing Oil Field, pipelines must accompany hotly transports. At present, hot water injection is best choice, which make Crude oil temperature rise. Using the associated natural gas as the fuel, it will kill two birds with one stone. Based on the gas hot-water boiler in the oil field, fuzzy control is proposed for the first time, which realizes the intellectualized control.In this paper, combustion mechanism about the boiler is discussed in detail, intelligence control scheme is proposed, the realization process of fuzzy control system for gas boiler is discussed, the simulation model of fuzzy control system is built up, and the further analysis of simulation is processed.The essential subsystem for boiler control system is discussed and analyzed. Based on combustion efficiency and the safe operation for boiler, the fuel gas supply system and the ignition system are studied in detail. Through comparison of kinds of schemes, the control plan which combines host computer monitoring and data collection by MCU is proposed. The point in the paper discussed is the fuzzy controller for boiler, fuzzy control principle on gas regulating valve is researched in detail. Based on existing static error when the system is in steady-state, the fuzzy control thought paralleled integrator is proposed. The simulation result indicates that the steady error of the fuzzy control system paralleled integrator can converge to zero.Finally, based on the deeply research on the realization process of fuzzy control system for gas boiler, system hardware and software are designed in the paper, especially communication protocol and interface circuit on system. The host computer communicate with the lower computer by RS-232 and picture of monitor system is realized by VB, which has realized remote monitor and raised the management level.
