| Nowadays, there are great demands of housing in our country, but present situations are not hopeful, because the style of housing is in confusion and disdisdisordered. Meanwhile, the housing in small city is facing the problems that we should constantly reform the materials of building and the industrializing hous- ing. Through the whole analysis, abstraction and summing-up about regional and traditional architecture, I researched thoroughly the combinations of modern socie- ty, environment, economy and technology. And I transform the result of study into the applied technology ----the organization of The local traditional Architecture (Huizhou area), which had supported the housing design in Huizhou, looks forward to the housing standard design in typical and traditional small city. And it also promotes to improve architectural economical model and the housing industriali- zation that has its own characteristic. This point is not only the back of practice, but academic support to the article.Firstly, this issue discussed has important practical significance, so I carried an elaborate investigation to'small-town house and traditional village-house'in district of Huizhou. In the foundation of the investigation, I collected and incorporated many data of it, and abstracted the characteristics of the district, including distribution, size, scale, color, constructing fashions, and so on, and then, I summarized Huizhou's housing situation, types of houses, constructional styles, etc.Secondly, after above analysis, I revealed the rules that the public houses evolved from traditional fashions to modern ones, and researched how to deal with the questions that we integrated traditional characteristics into modern houses and life styles.Finally, I selected typical house plans from large quantity of practical projects and adapted and perfected them to demonstrate the theory discussed above combining the compilation of standard cutlines of local traditional construction (Huizhou area). |
