Bridges are the hinges of traffic system, playing an important role in national economic and society. Recently, bridge accidents occur from time to time. Professional,expert and scholar all over the world have bring more and more attention to safety of existing bridges. Now the safety evaluation of bridge is becoming the hot problem in the research of bridge engineering.With the quick development of economic,and with the continue growth of the traffic,the safety of bridge is becoming more and more important in China. The safety of the Bridge are comprehensive study in China, However,there are no more and more valid methods to evaluate the safety of the Bridge until now. How to reasonable evaluate the safety of the Bridges under the permissibility of economic and technique condition is an important and urgent task. Aimed at this problem,scientific dissertation that based on the existing safety evaluation methods carry out a more and more deep study on the safety evaluation of the Bridges. The main works of scientific dissertation are briefly mentioned as follows:1,To introduce the existing methods of the safety evaluation of bridges . especially,The article give a very comprehensive explanation about basic reason and characteristic of some safety evaluation methods aimed at the medium and small reinforced concrete girder bridge. Safety evaluation significance of bridge are expounded gradually. In the end, scientific dissertation bring up an new evaluation method , Based on theory of nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete, safety of the medium and small reinforced concrete girder bridge are evaluated .2,The relation between stress and strain of material, intensifying rules have been applied, which is explained by the research of basis theory of nonlinear analysis.The w-w yield modal with five parameters,equal orientation intensifying rules and distributing crack mode have been used for the concrete,and the ideal elastic-plastic modal and fluxion intensifying rule have been used for steel.3,Different element is used for different compose of constructer by ANSYS,example,the 3-D solid element simulates the concrete and the 3-D pole element...
