The computer Interlocking system (CIS) is used in the railway signal field to ensure the traveling safety and improve the transportation efficiency.Applying the achievements of modern electric power and electronic technology, digital communication technology and computer technology, the Distributed Computer Interlocking System based on the safety communication is designed in the thesis. Different from the existing CIS, signal control modules are embedded in the field signal equipments and control the equipments according to commands come from interlocking computer. Compared with the existing CIS, this system has higher portability, reliability and safety. And it is easier to be combined with other signal control systems. In the thesis, research is focused on the followings:Structure characteristics of the current CIS are analyzed, and the structure scheme of the distributed computer interlocking system based on safety communication is raised. The functions of the field control modules are studied, and the control modules of ZD6 electric switch machine,LED color-light signal and AC track circuit are designed.Aiming at the special requirements of computer interlocking system, an optical LAN for safety communication is presented for the distributed computer interlocking system. The hardware architecture and software architecture of the network nodes are also described. And a message transmission scheme by the Single-mode fiber based on CAN bus with the structure of redundant double ring is designed. The software structure of distributed CIS is designed. According to the computer interlocking logic criterion, the flow chats of route control program are described. And the communication contents and protocols among all the modules of distributed CIS are discussed.
