Natural disaster is frequent and ranges widely in our country. About one fourth of the national railway has been constructed in seismic intensity zone with or above VII degree. Natural disaster has caused great loss in casualty and property, some of which has caused railway infrastructure damage, transportation interruption, thus fast restoration of railway transportation after disaster is significant. The emergency maintenance and construction of railway signal interlocking system will improve railway transport capacity greatly after disaster. This shows railway signal emergency interlocking system is vastly significant socially and economically. The development of computer interlocking, especially the wide application of all electronic interlocking system has provided the technical basis for constructing fast emergency interlocking system. Agent with the characteristics of autonomy, adaptability, sociality, intellectuality and mobility, has connected with the Agent technology and the all-electronic EU(execution unit), which is a key technology to implement emergency interlocking system in this dissertation.Based on the characteristics and requirements of emergency interlocking system, with the analysis of technical features of Agent and emergency interlocking system, the frame of emergency interlocking system was established, four kinds of emergency communication system schemes were put forward in this dissertation, which has laid a solid foundation in building up a fast emergency system through the well-designed system level.Communication plays a key role in Agent system, its theory applied in emergency interlocking system has been further studied in this dissertation. Firstly, software structure and grammar of Agent based on KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) was proposed, for the KQML itself cannot guarantee the safety and instantaneity, then its solution of Agent communication was given. Six strategies of solutions were put forward according to safety requirement system in three ways: modifying KQML original parameter, widening KQML field and extending KQML source language to realize security communication. It has solved the problem of real time communication of multi-Agent system by widening SCF(Safety Communication Field).The distributed realization of Agent-based interlocking software was the core of emergency interlocking system. One interlocking function was coordinated by relevant Agent, so the right choice of Agent coordination method played a decisive role in fulfilling this task. In this dissertation, a new model--- the interactive leader model was proposed, which was mutually cooperated among Agent, the principle of the interactive leader model was introduced, and the way of how to apply interactive leader model to realize interlocking function was provided. The interlocking function in static data, dynamic data in Agent and the concrete realization method were analyzed. The Agent programming with the application of C language to facilitate distributed interlocking software were discussed.Security is the eternal theme in safety critical system. The safety analysis of emergency interlocking system was thus discussed; and the risk acceptance criterion of the emergency interlocking system was formulated; the main safety work in every phase of the system, and the technical measures taken to eliminate the risk in each stage were introduced in this dissertation. Risk source of emergency interlocking system was identified with HAZOP analyzing method, the main risk by FTA was studied by fault tree analysis(FTA), and the specific measures to risk were given as well.Based on the above studies, emergency interlocking verification system and simulation environment were designed to have tested the ability of every aspect of the system. The result showed that the system performance has achieved the targeted purpose. The verification system mainly included monitoring Agent, trackside Agent, Agent simulator and EU simulator. System-applied all electronic technology, power electronic technology, intelligent Agent technology and object oriented technology were designed and integrated systematically, which has realized system debugging and also tested the performance of hardware and software. When applied to the formation of a new emergency interlock system in the field, a simple connection and configuration of data were needed to complete the system immediately. The results will improve the emergency interlocking system in our country, promote the restoration of the railway transport capacity after disaster. In addition, distributed interlocking software technology can also be introduced into common practice of interlocking system, and provides technical support for the realization of signal trackside equipment as a new way of intelligent interlock implementation.
