As the city pollutions being put forward, peaple attach more and more importance to the emission pollutions of vehicles .Our country is one of the largest countries of producing and applying motorcycles, motorcycle emissions account for a relatively larger ratio of vehicle emission pollutions, badly polluted the atmosphere environment. At present, carburetor motorcycle faces the fate to be eliminated. It's the electronically controlled injection system that will replace them. EFI technology used in motorcycles is the peak, they are the essential meassure to satisfy the Euro 2 and Euro 3 standards of emissions control. To replace carburetor with electronically control technology can improves working efficiency of the cylinder, making the engine operating at a best condition whenever. So to substantially increase engine performance, and simultaneously decrease the emission pollution,It's one of the measures to comprehensively resolve problems of fuel economic and emission pollution.Simultaneously EFI motorcycle engines utilize the fuel more effectively, to greatly decrease the fuel comsumption.demonstrated better fuel economic performance. Therefore, it's a trend that EFI motorcycle will get more and more popular. This paper takes the developing process of a 125 type EFI motorcycle as a subject , discussed injection mods ,construction design and relevant matching problems of EFI motorcycle .Firstly, analyzed the construction and principle of air intake , fuel supply and electronically controlled systems of 4-stroke motorcycle EFI system. Secondly, discribed the hardware matching and controlling process of electronically controlled fuel injection system of a 125 type motorcycle, On this basis ,developed MicroEMS ECU, and completed the basic calibration and adjust of engine electronically controlled system, obtained the MAP diagram of motorcycle electronicaly controlled system. And then, calibrated a 125 motorcycle , completed the development of sample motorcycle. After the compliment of above mentioned processes, tested the drive ,economic and emission performance of a 125 motorcycle, compared and analylized it with the125 carburetor motorcycle , the torque of new engine increased conspicuously at low and high speed, and the same as carburetor engine at medium speed. The power increased slightly , fuel consumption decreased conspicuously At high speed. The top speed of...
