Energy efficiency evaluation for residential building is the necessary step in the building energy efficiency. Shenzhen should set scientific evaluation system to control evaluation effect.The index system of residential building energy efficiency evaluation is composed of senior indexes and junior indexes. Senior indexes include comprehensive energy consumption index and renewable energy index. Comprehensiv energy consumption index's junior indexes include building energy consumption, natural ventilation's contribution to energy efficiency. Renewable energy index's junior indexes include the replace of electricity, heating or hot water, cooling, or others.If building energy efficiency ratio is m%, the score of building energy consumption index is m credits, and full scores is 60 credits. If the indoor thermal comfort satisfy the standard when outdoor air temperature is upper than 28℃, natural ventilation's contribution to energy efficiency index obtain 5 credits, and full scores is 10 credits. If make use of the any renewable energy technique, the renewable energy index obtain 5 credits, and full scores is 10 credits. The sum of the three scores is total score which could be evaluated five grands including energy unefficiency building, one star energy efficiency building, two stars energy efficiency building, three stars energy efficiency building and four stars energy efficiency building.This dissertation puts forward a new method for calculating building energy consumption. This method has the characteristics of non thermal inspection, simple calculation and accuracy results. It has two parts. The first, whether daily average energy efficiency ratio is equal to year energy efficiency ratio. If it be, whether there is same between these day's outdoor weather condition. The second, whether cooling load has mathematical relationship with indoor air temperature under non air-conditioning. To research the new method demands simulation software. By contrasting the simulation results of DOE-2, EnergyPlus, DeST with inspected data, find that the results of the DeST and DOE-2 is near to measured data and the time of DOE-2's data is later than measured data. So, make DeST as the tool for researching the new method. After calculated hourly energy efficiency ratio and year efficiency ratio of five buildings in Shenzhen, results shows that in some days whose outdoor air temperature is higher than 21℃and solar radiation is higher than 90W, daily average energy efficiency ratio is...
