There are good appliction foreground for Hybrid ceramic ball bearings which has excellent performence under especial work conditions.It is very important to find good method and solution for its further design and analysis. So the study work of this paper has its important theoretical value as well as its obvious practical meaning.The research on Finite Element Analysis of contact problems in China and abroad was reviewed in the paper firstly. The theories,principles and steps of nolinear finite element analysis (FEA) for contact problems were presented briefly.On the basis of study and practice,how to solve contact analysis using MSC.Marc were reserched.Based on above discuss, this article establishes the FEA models for hybrid ceramic angel contact ball bearings. In the models, the main component of bearings was predigested properly. The boundary conditions approach to actual work conditions and parameters specially for contact analysis were discussed. As a result, contact stress and strain of static analysis were obtained. Compared to contact theory in elastic mechanics for bearings, the FEA results were evaluated and the difference between them was discussed.Some elementary simulations for friction behavior in bearings were investigated in the last sect of the paper. These accomplishments ground the further research of FEA simulation for hybrid ceramic ball bearings.The paper tries to find an available method to solve contact problems of hybrid ceramic angle contact ball bearings. However, the paper creates a more pratical simulating method for bearing's performance with friction behavior.The paper provides academic basic for design and analysis of hybrid ceramic ball bearings analogous to angle contact bearings, as well as reference to study an improvement of bearings process.
