The hybrid-ceramic bearings have evident predominance and large development forground comparing to traditional steel bearings, especially in high temterature, high speed fields. But ceramic material has special physical and mechanical capability,so regular design and optimization method is not suitable for it. Here we introduced FEA(Finite Element Analysis) to analyse and investigate hybrid-ceramic bearings. The paper investigated non-linear FEA method, introducing a logical quasi-static analysis method for rolling bearings. First, the load condition of the bearing was investigatid, then the paper simplified the model, transimited the dynamic state into quasi-static state .At last the FEA resulte was compaired to the result in theory and the feasibility of this method was analysed.Based on above investigation ,the analysis transmited to dynamic simulation. The whole model was established in ABAQUS,and the factors including friction, inertia load were added in order to simulating the rolling more accurately .Throgh the rotate tracks of the balls gained from the FEA results, we can analyse the rolling rule of the bearing. At the same time, the roll and the spin of the ball were separated from the data in FEA result. In FEA simulation of different rotate speeds, the proportion of roll speed and spin speed of the ball is various. It's change rull has demonstrated the hypothesis of ferrule control theory. The paper investigate the quasi-static analysis method for rolling bearings, and transimited the analysis to dynamic simulation in software ABAQUS,not only provided reference for bearing design but also had important meanings for more complicated computer FEA simulation.
