Non-contact Measurement Of Roadbed Vibration

The vibration of roadbed and rail is key to the safety of the running train.The device of measuring the vibration of roadbed and rail is necessary when we build rail.The linear Array CCD can be used to automatic non-contact measurement of railway track vibration.We use notebook and linear Array CCD to in-phase non-contact measure the vibration of roadbed and rail in the open air. The vibration measuring principle,hardware and software are introduced in the paper.The linear CCD driver,data collection and interrelated control function can be carried out in the main circuit of the measurement instrument. The analytic software of this system, which has been developed by Visual C++, can in-phase non-contact measure the vibration of roadbed and rail and observe the status of linear CCD. After measured practically for many times, we got many satisfying data, which make clear that the instrument can reach user's demands.The main tasks of this thesis are listed as follows:1.Designing the automatic measure instrument with the vibration measuring principle of linear CCD, the technique of FPGA/CPLD and EPP.2.Contriving the TCD1206SUP driver, the linear CCD data-acquiring card. In the circuit, programmable logic devices are used to produce key signal, which can make us debug the circuit easily.3.Developed the applicable software for the measuring system. The software include the marking module,data processing module, observing module,measuring module.
