The Research Of The Urban Space Morphology Element Design Of CBD

With the stable development of China's economy, some super large cities have begun to construct Central Business District (CBD).Construction of CBD brings huge economic and environmental benefits for these cities. However, it is also worth nothing that some problems exist in urban space and should be avoided in future. Urban space in CBD builds on its successful urban space morphology design principle.The paper analyzes the practical problem in urban space morphology design, compares and summarizes adaptive methods in the theories and practice of urban space design in CBD in the past and present, in China and elsewhere. Base on the condition of China, explore and investigate the element system of urban space in CBD.The paper is composed of the following five parts: Chapter one puts forward the research task, methodology and frame-work of the paper. Chapter two systematically analyzes and summarizes the theory and practice on the design of CBD. Chapter three analyzes the characteristic and the existing problems in china CBD, and establishes the theoretical principle of the urban design with humanism and diversification at its core. Chapter four analyzes the functional element of urban space in CBD and humanism traffic, summarizes the control points of functional urban space. Chapter five analyzes the of urban space form in CBD which consists of urban landscape axis, view-system, skyline , summarizes the control points of form urban space.The unique feature of this paper lies in the exploration of validity of its application. The paper also lie in how to regulate its operation, how to improving the actual effect of urban design. Hence, it has illuminating and directive significance in the mentioned aspects.
