| People always pay attention to"city", which is a complex compond objet. Nowadays, China society, by some meanings, is becoming the consuming society. Under this background, the complex commercial architecture with entire function, large-scale and best equipments is developed rapidly to become the main site of consumption. As the same time,"new business style"of chains, originated from the West and represented by big sales show, surpermarkets, chaim stores, is emerging in many big and middle cities in China. So space and environment are becoming one of the hot topics in the study of humanization design.This article take Tianjin as an example, and According to different management pattern and business style, this text devides the whole commercial space into two parts : "Traditional shopping space" and "new shopping space". Under the background of Tianjin Haihe River development and rehabilitation project, this paper bases on the analysis of Tianjin modern commercial architecture, and sums up the advantages and disadvantages in the shopping space, from generally describing expense behavior transformation of city people, and combing with thefeature of Tianjin modern commercial space. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the excellence cases of shopping space design in foreign countries, the author probes into the problem that how to create humanization design satisfying different levels and expense behavior need of people and showing Tianjin characteristic. |
