Evaluation Research On The Renovation Of Traditional Space In The Foshan Linnantiandi Shopping Street

In recent years,the city is developing while the economic progressing in china;the tightening land policy has become an obstacle to the development ofthe city for local government;the old city has been unable to meet the needs of the development,and also unable to meet the growing material and cultural needs of residents.Therefore,the old city renewal has become the top priority for the city.The study on the renewal evaluation of traditional spacein Foshan LingnanTiandi shopping street,is a complex task.The first,it's an urban renewal project evaluation research in Foshan LingnanTiandi shopping street.The second,it's a shopping street reconstruction projectevaluation research in Foshan LingnanTiandi shopping street.Foshan Lingnan Tiandi shopping streetis the research object in this paper.Theauthor researches the planning data which the project related by the Planning and design ministry in Foshan Shui On Land;and investigatesthe traffic circumstance,the commercial,the environment and so on;and makes the questionnaire survey to the tourists.Based on the above,the authorevaluates and researches of the old city renewal strategy or how to transform intoa full of characteristics of South of the Five Ridges modern shopping street,that contraststhe before and after of the architectural space transformation,and combined with the theory of modern commercial space demand.In the view of the conclusion,the experience is extracted,and the reasonable strategies of renewal the old city and the transformation of the traditional building space into commercial space are put forward.The first part analyzes the background of the transformation of the old city in the current situation,combined with the theory and examples of the old city reconstruction at home and abroad,to lay the foundation for the research content and method.The second part,show the transformation of the building,culture,environment in the area ofZumiao-Donghualifor the pictures and data before,and analysis of the original environment within the area before the transformation,to provide an objective basis for the shopping street after the comparison is completed.The third part,the LingnanTiandi shopping streetwhich rebuild from the area ofZumiao-Donghualiis a modern shopping streetthatthe space requirement is different from the traditional space.This partanalysis the space requirementsof the modern shopping streetbasic on the data of the shopping street at the home and abroad,and the data of the relations of the commercial spaces in environmental psychology under the guidance,provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of the transformation of LingnanTiandi shopping street space.The fourth part analyzes the present situation of Linnan Tiandishopping streetfrom the macro and micro aspects of the transformation methods,and provides an objective basis for the evaluation and analysis.The fifth part,evaluatesthe urban renewal ways in the Lingnan Tiandi shopping street,from summing up the second part and the fourth part.Alsoevaluates the completion of the LingnanTiandi shopping street,from summing upthe third part and the fourth part,and from the analysis results of questionnaire survey,.In the sixth part,the author sums up the ways of urban renewal of LingnanTiandi shopping street,as well as the renewalexperiences of construction of the shopping street.For this purpose,the author puts forward the planning strategy of the urban renewal and the suggestions for the transformation of the traditional space.Foshan Lingnan Tiandi shopping streetis an example in this paper for Theurban renewal,andthe transformation of shopping streetfrom the traditional space.Now,the transformation strategy and tactics is correct or not will greatly affect the tradition streets,ancient buildings,and even the historical and cultural heritage protection and the scarcity of resources,and affects the ancient city to a virtuous cycle of development of organicin the future.
