| In recent years,the development of shopping malls in China has been more and more rapid.Shopping malls have gradually spread from first-tier cities to second-tier cities or even third-tier and fourth-tier cities.Through years of project accumulation and precipitation,a small number of brand developers have gradually formed their own shopping mall brand series,such as THE MIX City,Tai Koo Hui,Henglong Plaza,IFC and so on.But most shopping centers have serious homogeneity,lack of design,low quality,poor management and other problems.In today’s increasingly fierce commercial competition,especially under the impact of e-commerce on physical stores,many physical stores have been operating poorly and can not be maintained.Successful operation of a commercial complex is the result of a combination of design,layout and operation.This paper only studies the spatial scale and atmosphere building of commercial complex from the point of view of design.Until 2011,as a design manager,I have participated in the design,construction and operation of two commercial complexes of Yifang Center and Tianhui City in Shenzhen.It has experienced the whole process of project planning,design,investment,construction and operation.In the process of design,it compares,analyses and studies the general planning,layout,spatial scale,traffic flow line and so on.At the same time,it investigates,studies and compares the typical commercial complex projects at home and abroad,and forms the final scheme of the two projects.Through the construction experience of the two major commercial complexes and the investigation of typical shopping malls at home and abroad,and the post-evaluation after the completion and operation of the project,I hope that the summary and analysis of the project can provide reference for the control of the spatial scale of other commercial complexes.Because of the complexity of the design of commercial complex,we need to consider the pre-planning,business positioning,business location,planning needs,and so on.There are many design units involved.It is difficult to have a comprehensive discussion on the design of commercial complex.This paper only studies the design of commercial complex from the design of public space.The full text is divided into five parts:Chapter 1: Introduction,elaborates the research background,significance,current situation of relevant research and the research purpose,method and framework of this paper.Chapter 2 : The composition of commercial complex public space.Through the analysis of the composition of commercial complex public space,the research framework of this paper is clear.This paper clarifies the primary and secondary relationship of commercial complex public space and the relationship between them,and briefly introduces the relevant design principles.Chapter 3: Principles of public space design of commercial complex.This paper introduces the basic principles of commercial complex design public space design.Emphasize the importance of commercial positioning report to the design of public space of commercial complex.It is pointed out that the design of commercial complex public space should follow the principles of integrity,humanization and economy,and the law of formal beauty.Chapter 4: Analysis of the public space design of Yifang City and Tianhui City.Based on the framework of the second chapter,this paper focuses on the design principles,influencing factors and spatial effects of each design node of commercial complex public space through case analysis.In this chapter,through the comparative analysis of two cases,we can clearly see the spatial effect under the control of different design techniques and spatial scales.At the same time,the paper combs the existing problems of the two project design and studies how to improve the design.Chapter 5: Concluding.Summarizes the research results of this paper,puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of this study,and looks forward to the future of commercial complex design. |
