| Taking the construction process of Ziyahe self-anchored suspension bridge as the background to research, the key technologies and construction monitoring are investigated in this dissertation. The practical and valuable research achievements have provided effective technological support to the accomplishment of Ziyahe Bridge.The development history and forms of structure, stressing features, design and calculating theories as well as construction monitoring methods in self-anchored suspension bridge are briefly discussed. Taking the construction process of Ziyahe self-anchored suspension bridge as the background, the key technological issues in self-anchored suspension bridge construction, which include construction of trestle and temporary piers, optimized design of tower mould and construction technique, processing, transportation and installation of steel box beams, reasonable adjusting technique for major cables and slings are researched. A new technologies and new methods is introduced. The 34 construction states of construction monitoring methods and testing data for stress and transformation of reinforcing beam, crossbeam, tower, slings and components of major cable, happened in the 6-month construction of Ziyahe self-anchored suspension bridge, have been recommended. During construction, all the parts of Ziyahe self-anchored suspension bridge have been successfully controlled and the design expectation has been fulfilled. |
