Technical & Economic Evaluation In Fire Protection Design Of Shandong Broadcast Television Center Project

This task is to solve the existing problems of scientificalness, rationality, harmony and economy in the fire protection design. The main aim is to change the rules in force but unsuitable to modern building and the fire protection design and, taking into account various factors in building such as fire-protection rating, fire-hazard danger, fire alarm and extinguishing installation, fire separation installation, smoke control system and users, function and management, on the premise of ensuring fire prevention, to make the most harmonious unity of safety, appearance and function at the least cost as possible so as to optimize fire resistance design.The study is based on the fire protection design of Shandong Broadcast Television Center Project. First, the method of value engineering is used to make the functional analysis, the functional evaluation and the design plan of object choice, fire escape, fire alarm automatic system and fire extinguishing system, and fire electrical cable system. Then regularly fire protection design and functional fire protection design are compared by evaluating their fire-hazard danger, efficiency and economy of the fire protection. Last, the level analytic method is used to build the model of vague comprehensive judgment and the method is used to make overall evaluation.The result and conclusion of the study: from the aspect of cost, the actual cost of the fire alarm automatic system and fire extinguishing system is 10,340,000 yuan, 1,230,000 yuan lower than that of regularly fire protection design plan. By using the value engineering in fire protection design, the fire protection design plan can be gradually improved. Through the overall evaluation way of vague comprehensive judgment, it is believed that the project is optimized and the fire protection design is excellent.
