This paper is to establish the whole dynamic simulation model of Switched Reluctance Drives and design relavant optimization programme of its controlling system.Based on the analysis of SRM's non-linear features, this paper has builded a whole dynamic simulating model on the platform of MATLAB SIMULINK/PS B .The simulation results showed that this model has good accuracy. In order to get the most perfect simulation results, we have analyzed and simulated the controlling parameters when the SR motor worked at the way of APC strategy in this paper. Actually, our optimizing target is getting the maximum output power and the higgest efficiency. After all of this work, radial power is calculated and simulated in the paper. The above work has layed a good foundation for designing and reasearing high efficiency as well as low-vibration switched reluctance drives.This paper has also researched the artificial neural networks adaptive PID controlling algorithm in the application of SRD. After series of simulation,the results showed that the BP adaptive PID and conventional PID composed multiple controller had better performance.Finally, we have designed a SRD testinf system based on the digital signal processor whose core processor is TMS320F2812, which is produced by TI coporation in Amercia.
