| This paper consists of six parts: Introduction, General situation, Resource quantity of surface water, Resource quantity of reused water, Quality of water resource, Conclusion and advice. The evaluate content consist of precipitation, pathway flow and space time variety rule of different factors, resource quantity of surface and reused water, guarantee rate of water supply.Based on the situation of water resource in Shouguang, we adopt combining supply water method of surface and reused water to satisfy the water demand of Shouguang thermoelectricity factory. Using analysis and revivification method, we got the quantity of natural pathway flow. Using same frequency control magnify method, we got the month distribution of representative year water quantity in different supposed frequency. We calculated useable water quantity of different parts using long system time calendar method. Through comparing different projects, we adopted the calculation project of same frequency magnify method.We analyzed the disposal ability and come quantity of used water in sewage factory. Based on integration analyze, we think that it can satisfy the water demand of Chenming thermoelectricity factory third project if it is making overall plants and take all factors into consideration of water demand of third project of thermoelectricity factory, city industry and agriculture.We adopted single index method to evaluate the water environment before the river brake of Mihe Hanqiao, and found that the quality of water resource can satisfy the water demand of industry.In general, the water using of construction project is reasonable. Fetching water from the river brake of Mihe Hanqiao has little affection to agriculture only in special dried up year. Withdrawing water almost has no affection to water environment around. |
