The transmission gearbox is an important constituent of all kinds of vehicle transmission systems. The belt type, the chain type, the tooth wheeled type and so on are popularly used now, belonging to mechanical distribution power output. The simultaneous mode internal power-distributing bencher with double-cam plate studied in this article is a university science and technology research project supported by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province, and it attained the national invention patent. So far, because it has only been in the beginning stage, and its fundamental theoretical researches are still a blank. Pro/E software, hypothesized technology, finite element method are used in this paper to carry on the structural design and the theoretical analysis to this new transmission gearbox.Firstly, the article elaborated the principle of work and the unique features of simultaneous mode internal power distributing bencher with double-cam plate. The three-dimensional structural design of the components was done by Pro/E software, and the models were assembled and built in the foundation, and then the interferences among different parts were testified and the transmission gearbox geometry parameters were made clear. From the analysis result, the design of the geometry parameter is correct.The transient equilibrium question is not only important but also difficult for this transmission gearbox. Through hypothesized simulation analysis with Pro/E, the center of gravity and moment of inertia of the assembly were fixed, and then the data obtained with Pro/E software were compared with that measured actually in the experiment. The theoretical analysis results and actual ones are basal the same. The conclusion from the analogy is that the theoretical analysis is reasonable and credible and that we can find the gravity center of irregular parts with Pro/E software to carry on the transient equilibrium analysis, a practical guidance to the actual production.The output shaft is an important part of the transmission gearbox. By constructing the mold through Pro/E and progressing the dynamics modal analysis with ANSYS/ MULTIPHYSICS, five steps natural frequencies and inspiration are obtained, so the analysis simulation results satisfy the design request.
