| Reducing the energy consuming of air conditioning system is an important problem in construction domain at present. The cleaning of air-conditioning and ventilation system has two key effects. On the one hand it can putify the indoor air, on the other hand it can improve the performance of the air-conditoning system hence the energy can be saved. This dissertation analyzes the contamination of air-conditioning and ventilation system. The state of air-conditoning and ventilation system cleaning is investigated. Some of the operators are lack of the correct knowledge of cleaning that lead to unscientific cleaningThen the factors that can work on the state is analyzed. Several cleaning testings on air handling unit , fan coil , air duct and air source heat pump system are taken and some quantitive results are got by analyzing the testing data. The cleaning of the air handling unit and air source heat pump system has remarkable effect on energy saving and the cleaning of fan coil also dose well .But the cleaning of air dcut can hardly reduce energy wastage. And then this dissertation analyzes the reason why the energy can be saved in theory. This dissertation also analyzes the forming course of deposite and the negative effect of the heat resistance of deposit.At last, based on the testing data and criterion, a system that can generally evaluate the cleaning effect on energy consuming is advanced.
