In the current, world is in the increasingly pressing moment of "energy crisis", buildings are fairly serious waste of energy, with a great potential for energy conservation, , energy-saving in air conditioning building especially energy-saving in the air-conditioning systemof building has become one of the key points and hot spots in the field of energy-saving. Moreover, there is the problem of high energy consumption in public and commercial buildings of the central air-conditioning in our country. At the same time due to non-cleaning and disinfection of central air-conditioning system, air-conditioning systems exist large gathering dust, bacteria viruses, decomposed organic compounds, mold and debris, which directly impact on people's physical and mental health. On the one hand, central air-conditioning system cleaning can reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning running, and improve system performance and operational efficiency, on the other hand can improve indoor air quality and meet people's demands on the health of construction.This paper has three parts:First, the pollution type and characteristics is introduced and energy consumption of central air-conditioning system is analysis, the central air-conditioning wind systems, water system and the existence of these pollution problems and the energy model in various part of are theoretically analysis,also through practical analysis example, it provide a theoretical analysis to evaluate the actual cleaning of the central air-conditioning system for pollution and energy consumption. Secondly, the principle of central air-conditioning cleaning technology is introduced, including the central air-conditioning wind systems and water systems detailed description and the corresponding cleaning process. Finally, through the actual cleaning projects, the results of central air-conditioning duct cleaning to reduce the effect of energy consumption are obtained, on the basis of the test data and theoretical analysis, we proposed an initial set of lower energy consumption, economic and practical point of a comprehensive assessment of the central air-conditioning wind systems, water systems cleaning methods. At the same time, in view of practical projects to the central air conditioning water system cleaning process, the results show that the central air-conditioning systems cleaning are with energy-saving washing greater value and potential.In this paper, the design of cleaning technology and the study of cleaning process is of practical value to air-conditioning industry research and technological development, and hope that the content of the paper can contribute to the ai-conditioning system operation management, cleansing process and contribute technology...
